Emperor are a Scandnavian Black Metal Band. They are said by many sources to be the best Black Metal Band out there today. They have many changes in line-up, especially with bassists. Their original drummer is now under government control due to an incident of which I am not of a position to talk about. Th Band are set to release a new album in 2001 but are never doing another live show again. Trym and Samoth have another project, Zyklon, and Ihsahn also has another project.
